My agency designed the Sure Steps Program to support patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (a rare lung disease). A prominent benefit of the program was a series of newsletters aimed to support patients.
The program improved patient adherence to their medication regimen by 18% - translating to healthier outcomes for patients and improved return on investment for my client. This is an example of one of these newsletters.
